My miniatures have become very popular so I am devoting this collection to showing some of them. These miniatures are all original and are either 4" x 4" or 3" x 5" in image size. I sell these unframed for $65 or framed for $90. Lately I have been doing at lease one of these per day and at times several of them per day. I have fun doing them and learn much from completing each one.

Charcoal Concept Sketches

Before doing a pastel I usually do what I call a charcoal concept sketch. These charcoal sketches really help me plan the compositions and light and dark values of my pastels. I have included some of these in this collection. I consider these sketches little works of art in their own right and offer them for sale matted but unframed at a modest price..

Only a few pieces of artwork survive from my childhood. People always ask me if I liked to draw as a child. Most children truly enjoy creating artwork and I was no exception. Only one drawing is presented here to show the very beginning of my art making. I'm so glad I never tired of creating art!
